Space to Talk Wellbeing Walk
Space to Talk hubs are a non-profit social venture, promoting wellbeing through connection with nature. These wellbeing walks are part of that, and are great for anybody who might find it difficult to meet up with others (for whatever reason).
Dates and times
This is a recurring activity.
The walking group meets on most Saturday mornings, assembling at Delapré Abbey (by the coach house) before starting the walk. In addition to the walks, Space to Talk sometimes run other activities such as arts & crafts, walk & draw sessions, and photography walks. Visit their website at the link below to discover more.
Cost
This activity is free to attend, but booking is required to ensure enough volunteers are present. Donations to help provide refreshments are also welcome.
Parking
Free car parking is available for visitors to the Abbey (as well as over-flow capacity for large events) with priority disabled parking for blue badge holders. Bike racks are provided outside the Common Ground Cafe.
