Support the Active Quarter community
There are lots of ways for to get involved. You could join a community group, attend an event, or volunteer to help maintain places within the Active Quarter. You can also share your ideas by taking part in our research and engagement events. Browse some of these opportunities below!
If you represent an organisation, you could help to arrange events, provide insights and advice, or take part in corporate volunteering. Your organisation could also join the Active Quarter steering group. The founding partners represent land owners and managers who are passionate about improving Northampton’s outdoor spaces. Share your story
We’re building a community gallery of inspiring photos to share our local pride. Browse the gallery, and select each photo to find out more about where it was taken. When you’re ready, use the button below to share your own. Just upload a photo and tell us what you loved about your visit. Make sure you have permission from anybody photographed, and we’ll use these photos to encourage even more people to enjoy being outdoors.
