There is no specific parking for the Washlands, but visitors could park at Riverside Retail Park, Midsummer Meadow Car Park, or Northampton Active – car parking restrictions and payments may apply. Bike racks are available at Northampton Active, Riverside Retail Park, and Waterside Campus.

The cycle route connecting the Washlands to Rushmere Road, Riverside Retail Park, and Northampton Active is a tarmac path, while the rest of The Washlands is grassed or gravel.
