A haven for wildlife and water-based leisure activities - as well as lakeside paths for people who enjoy walking.

Parking

Free car parking is available for visitors (as well as over-flow capacity for large events), with priority disabled parking for blue badge holders. Bike racks are provided outside the Common Ground Cafe.

Surfaces

Footpaths are of natural construction, with some uneven terrain that could require boots/wellies.

Toilets

The nearest toilets are located at Delapré Abbey, approximately 600m from the lake.

Places to rest

A bench is available at the end of the Charterwood walk from Delapré Abbey.
